Toronto (hybrid, with regular onsite presence across our restaurants)

Base $80,000–$90,000 CAD by experience · ~$110,000 CAD total with structured bonus

We're a Toronto-based, multi-concept hospitality group — from a Michelin-listed fine-dining flagship to high-volume favourites — spanning Prime Seafood Palace, Rizzo's House of Parm, Matty's Patty's Burger Club, and The Iron Cow Public House, with new concepts in the pipeline.

We're scaling, and we're hiring the operational right hand to our Director of Operations: the person who takes a priority and turns it into done — at standard, without being chased. It's a builder's role with high autonomy and a real path into senior operational leadership as we grow.
