Assistant Director (Medical Doctrine & Training)

What the role is:

You assist the Head of the Doctrine & Training (D&T) Branch in fulfilling the training mandate for all Active (Military, Defence Executive Officer, and National Serviceman Full-Time) and National Service personnel posted to the Military Medicine Institute (MMI).

What you will be working on:

• Develop and review non-military related medical policies and standards
• Drive the adoption and integration of medical technologies
• Plan and deliver training programmes for active and National Service personnel across clinical and medical domains
• Upkeep and maintain training materials, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and doctrine documentation to reflect the latest medical knowledge and audit standards
