Assistant Director [IAD]

Reporting to the Director, Internal Audit Division (IAD), you will be overseeing the business process integrated audits and IT system audits on the SWDA operations to ensure robust governance, risk management and internal controls within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop risk‑based audit plans, workflows and timelines.
• Lead, supervise, monitor and perform business process integrated audits and IT system audits.
• Ensure proper documentation and conclusions on the results of audit tests and overall effectiveness of controls, adhering to internal guidelines.
• Report audit findings and recommendations through formal reports to clearly communicate risks and issues to the Audit and Risk Committee and Management.
• Provide independent advisory services to add value and improve business processes and internal control systems.
