What the role is:
As Assistant Director (HR Systems, Data and Analytics), you will oversee the administration and governance of PA's HR systems and build robust data governance frameworks and analytics capabilities to support evidence-based HR strategies. You will play a pivotal role in enabling data-driven decision-making across all HR functions and ensuring that data is managed with integrity.
