Role Overview
Join the Event Management team to support planning and delivery of ASEAN meetings in 2027 and other MAS-hosted meetings, conferences, official visits and high-level engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end‑to‑end planning, scheduling and operational support for regional and international meetings.
- Manage venue and on‑site arrangements, procurement, vendor coordination, claims processing and payments.
- Prepare administrative submissions and documentation to ensure smooth delivery of meeting services.
- Support cross‑agency committees and working groups, liaising with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Maintain compliance with procurement procedures and organisational policies.
