Join the Office of Development and Facilities Management at Nanyang Technological University (NTU) as the Assistant Director of ACMV. In this role you will lead the ACMV section in managing campus air‑conditioning and mechanical ventilation operations, maintenance contracts, asset renewal and infrastructure upgrading works.

Responsibilities

• Oversee campus‑wide ACMV operations, including preventive and corrective maintenance to maintain safe, reliable and efficient service delivery.
• Manage ACMV maintenance contracts, contractor performance, service standards, contract governance and operational compliance.
• Direct ACMV fault management, operational risks, service disruptions and recovery actions to minimise impact on campus operations.
• Lead ACMV asset renewal, replacement and infrastructure upgrading works, reviewing technical proposals, engineering submissions and implementation strategies.
