Key Responsibilities

• System Architecture & Roadmap: Design and maintain comprehensive system architecture diagrams for the freight ecosystem. Define the technical roadmap, aligning engineering initiatives with long-term business goals like scalability and digital transformation.
• Systems Design & Documentation: Translate business requirements into comprehensive system narratives and technical design specifications. You will provide developers and vendors with detailed blueprints, including database schema designs (tables, columns, data types), UI/UX mockups, mapping logic, validation/error-handling rules, and audit logging frameworks.
• Data Visualization & Analytics: Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and automated reports to provide logistics stakeholders with real-time visibility into freight performance, operational bottlenecks, and financial KPIs.
