As a CRM Strategy Manager, you will design impactful direct engagements, providing strategic guidance on key client initiatives and working closely with the Associate Strategy Director. With deep insight‑driven understanding of consumers’ environments, priorities, motivators, and pain points, you will shape CRM strategies that deliver meaningful experiences, aligned with clients’ business objectives to drive measurable impact.
