Responsibility
- Assists in monitoring and controlling Food & Beverage costs, including expense posting, compliance with taxation, and preparation of cost reports.
- Supports cost audits, inventory counts, and store inspections to ensure proper procedures, minimize wastage, and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborates with Purchasing and the Executive Chef to ensure quality procurement, accurate recipe costing, and adherence to budgeted meal costs.
- Helps ensure compliance with internal controls, HACCP standards, and established receiving and operational procedures.
- Prepares reports, conducts market surveys, and assists in month-end processes, including variance analysis and reconciliation of cost-related accounts.
