The Assistant Controller is responsible for supporting the full accounting cycle, overseeing key close and reporting activities, ensuring compliance with US GAAP, and helping lead a distributed accounting team. The ideal candidate is a hands-on accounting professional with experience in multi-entity and multi-currency environments, strong analytical skills, and a passion for process improvement and scalable growth.
Work Schedule: 5:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Monday-Friday
Work Setup: Hybrid; Required onsite during monthly and quarterly meetings and when required by manager/client
JOB RESPONSBILITIES:
- Month-End Close & Consolidations: Support the monthly and year-end close for the client and subsidiaries, including AR, AP, GL reconciliations, intercompany eliminations, multi-currency adjustments, and consolidated reporting to the Controller—ensuring compliance with US GAAP
