Full Potential Solutions (FPS) is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Assistant Controller to support the organization's accounting and financial reporting functions. This role will assist in overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, improving financial processes, and supporting month‑end and year‑end close activities. The Assistant Controller will work closely with the Controller, Finance leadership and cross‑functional teams to maintain accurate financial records and deliver timely financial insights that support business decision‑making.
Duties and Responsibilities

- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
