The Assistant Controller is a full-time role based in Monterrey, NLE, operating in a hybrid model that combines on-site work with the flexibility to work from home part of the week. This role supports the Controller in managing the company’s accounting operations, including general ledger oversight, monthly and quarterly closing activities, and preparation of internal financial statements. The Assistant Controller will assist with consolidations, account reconciliations, variance analysis, and maintenance of internal controls to ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and company policies. Day-to-day responsibilities also include supporting audits, helping implement and optimize financial systems and processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as FP&A, Operations, and Revenue teams.
