Assistant Construction Management Manager

Your Role, Your Impact
Lead and manage the assigned Turnover Assistance Team (TOAST) to ensure residential units reach Full Acceptance (FA) status.
Oversee the documentary close-out of projects and ensure compliance with company standards.
Prepare and review reports on the status of residential units and project progress.
Coordinate with engaged External Construction Management teams, contractor representatives, and other project staff to ensure smooth operations.
Reports to: Project Management Senior Manager / Project Management Manager
Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure timely turnover of residential units to BTG with a target average of four (4) FA units per workday.
Supervise and ensure accurate review, consolidation, and submission of close-out documents to GPMC and Head Office.
