Job Description: As an Assistant Commercial Manager, you will support the delivery of commercial activities within the delivery teams, working alongside supply chains and contractors to assure and support commercial activities.
Pre-Contract Responsibilities
- Support the development of commercial works information, review other functions’ works information, and draft contract documents.
Procurement Responsibilities
- Support the development of a contract management plan.
Post-Contract Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of contract management to maintain effective commercial control.
- Support the administration of the obligations of the Project Manager under the NEC3 contract.
- Support the valuation of variations and compensation events.
- Support contract payment assessment.
- Review and analyse supply chain monthly reports.
