Assistant Chief Flight Attendant (Dorval)

Your Role

You will assist the Chief Flight Attendant with all assigned duties, including overseeing procedures related to the distribution, evaluation, retention, and destruction of training records and materials. Your responsibilities also include line indoctrination, line checks as required, support for online integration, and online verifications when assigned by the Chief Flight Attendant. You will contribute to the improvement of existing training programs and the development of current programs. When required, you will also assist the Flight Attendant Instructor with assigned duties.

Qualifications

• High School diploma.
• Five (5) to seven (7) years of experience as a Flight Attendant or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Experience as a supervisor and/or trainer and/or involvement in employee training and evaluations.
• Bilingual (French and English).
