The Assistant Business Manager (ABM) is responsible for the overall management of the branch operations and delivery of competent and timely service to all customer segments; consistent with the Bank’s business objectives; internal policies and procedures; controls and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Transaction Processing – Approves branch transactions within approval limit and endorses/ secures approval for transactions beyond his/her authority
- Operations, Control and Risk Management – Maintains an acceptable level of branch operations, consistent with internal policies, procedures, standards and regulatory requirements
- Customer Service – Manages the overall customer experience in the branch to ensure high level of satisfaction for all customer segments
