Assistant Branch Manager
As part of the Branch Leadership team, this position with the Branch Manager is accountable for the day‑to‑day operation of sales and service within the branch and assumes full responsibility when the Branch Manager is absent. You will provide leadership, direction, and development to all employees, modeling Meridian corporate values and striving to improve member experience while maintaining high performance standards, community involvement, and quality of sales and service.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for hiring, training, developmental plans, performance management, coaching, feedback and performance improvement plans.
