About the role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant BIM Manager to support BIM implementation and coordination for construction projects. The successful candidate will assist in BIM management, model coordination, documentation control, and project delivery across architectural, structural, and M&E disciplines.
Responsibilities
Assist in BIM management and the development of the BIM Execution Plan.
Attend BIM meetings with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
Review clash reports and prepare presentation materials for coordination and resolution.
Coordinate as-built BIM models for project handover and completion to clients.
Work closely with Architectural, Structural, and M&E teams to develop and coordinate BIM drawings and models.
