Mandarin Oriental Savoy, Zurich is seeking an Assistant Bar Manager to lead the bar team within the Food & Beverage Department. Based in the heart of Zurich's Old Town, you will report to the Restaurant Manager and drive service excellence in our luxury hotel.
You will develop and maintain the Bar Operations Manual, monitor guest satisfaction, ensure cleanliness and presentation, manage beverage quality, and support revenue growth through upselling and optimizing offerings.
