The
Area Sales Assistant Manager
is responsible for overseeing and supporting sales operations within a defined area/territory. This role involves managing sales teams, implementing sales strategies, ensuring target achievement, and strengthening customer relationships. You will assist the Area Sales Manager in driving growth and maintaining strong market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Area Sales Manager in planning and executing area-wise sales strategies.
- Supervise, guide, and motivate sales executives within the assigned territory.
- Ensure sales targets are achieved on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor team performance and identify new opportunities.
