DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the territory.

 Strong exposure to industrial visits & client handling.

 Identify and develop new business opportunities and channel partners.

 Promote the full range of BOSS products to distributors, retailers, and influencers.

 Ensure regular stock replenishment and proper display at retail counters.

 Monitor and improve secondary sales.

 Collect and analyze competitor activities, pricing, and product feedback.

 Share insights with product and marketing teams for strategic decision-making.

 Maintain daily/weekly reports using CRM or sales reporting tools.

 Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to company credit policy.

 Coordinate with logistics and customer service for timely deliveries.
