Job Summary:
Imam Clinic is looking for the Assistant Administrator who supports daily hospital operations by coordinating with departments, ensuring policy compliance, facilitate administrator in management such as costing , review invoices and provide efficient and effective administrative support to Front Desk, Security, Fleet and Food and Services in accordance with organization policies and procedures.
Job Description:
Support day-to-day hospital administrative and operational activities
Coordinate with non-clinical departments for smooth workflow
Implement and monitor hospital policies, SOPs, and procedures
Manage administrative documentation, reports, and official correspondence
Assist with staff coordination, duty rosters, attendance, and discipline matter
Assist in audits, inspections, accreditation, and compliance processes
Address patient and staff administrative issues and escalate when necessary
