Key Responsibilities
- Handle all incoming calls, walk‑in visitors and enquiries in a polite and professional manner
- Organise outgoing and incoming deliveries
- Arrange business travel for employees as required
- Monitor proper functioning of office support tools such as air‑condition units, photocopy machines and others
- Liaise with service contractors regarding any office maintenance issues and raise faulty reports for any defects within the office area
- Handle day‑to‑day matters and provide efficient support for administrative processes
- Perform relief duties when required
You Should Have
- At least 2 years of front‑office and admin experience
- Presentable with a professional attitude and appearance
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English; Mandarin speaking is an advantage
