We are currently recruiting an Account Receivables (AR) Clerk+Pre-Collections for our EMEA HQ in Madrid, Alcobendas (Spanish & English speaker). The role focuses on securing revenue for the business mainly by checking and following up on external UK agents’ deposits (Agencies).

Responsibilities

• Updating receivables by checking deposits on Ria’s bank accounts, identifying deposits and recording them on the system to keep balances updated and under control.
• Contacting agents in case of lack of payment to recover the due amount.
