Location
The role is based in either our office in Schelle (Belgium) or our Madrid office. The chosen location will depend on what is most practical for the candidate.
Responsibilities
- Manage the stock audit schedule, ensuring all planned physical counts are scheduled, confirmed, and executed on time.
- Execute and follow up on customer stock audits, ensuring timely validation and collaboration with customers (through Customer Service) to finalize results.
- Ensure all audits are reconciled within a maximum of three months from initiation.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Service and Sales to align audit progress, findings, and next steps.
- Escalate unresolved cases to Roadblock meetings for higher‑level decision‑making.
