Key Responsibilities
- Manage the distribution of entitlements for voluntary and mandatory APAC Equity & Fixed Income Corporate Action and Income events.
- Create and maintain Asset Servicing events within proprietary systems.
- Support internal trading desks, prime brokerage clients, stock loan counterparties, and external brokers on corporate action-related activities.
- Perform cash and stock reconciliations to ensure accurate settlement and position management.
- Interpret corporate action announcements and liaise with custodian banks and self-clearing markets using SWIFT messaging standards.
- Ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality processing of transactions while meeting tight operational deadlines.
- Maintain strong operational controls and compliance with internal procedures and market regulations.
