Your Role
We are seeking an experienced client‑focused professional to manage and grow strategic Asset Servicing relationships in South‑East Asia. The role acts as the key point of contact for clients, ensuring a high‑quality service experience while partnering closely with internal stakeholders.
- Partner with the Sales team to lead end‑to‑end client onboarding, delivering seamless account opening and ensuring appointed asset managers are fully enabled on UBS Asset Servicing solutions.
- Own the ongoing client relationship, ensuring service excellence and identifying cross‑selling opportunities.
- Lead resolution of service quality, risk, and operational issues across the Asset Servicing product suite.
- Contribute to product development initiatives with global teams to maintain a best‑in‑class offering.
