Responsibilities

• Apply established guidelines and procedures to support data improvement activities within Asset Information Management (AIM) repositories.
• Review, manage, and close service requests (SRs), including validating project turnover documentation (drawings, asset lists, tagging) for accuracy and completeness.
• Update and maintain asset records, location hierarchies, and attributes in Maximo, ensuring alignment with standardized processes.
• Identify data gaps and collaborate with Engineering Records, Drawings, Operations, and Project teams to resolve discrepancies.
