POSITION SUMMARY
In addition to the duties described in the Agent job description, Asset Protection Team Leads assume additional job duties within their assigned stores. These duties include: serving as a trainer for new Agents, assisting in the development of existing Agents, working with the District Loss Prevention Manager to detect internal theft through various tools available, and ensuring adherence to Sephora Loss Prevention standards. Loss Prevention Leads also support the hiring process and conduct OPEX Evaluations when required.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist store with all Loss Prevention Programs.
- Review exception reports and cash variances in stores to detect internal activity.
- Act as a witness to internal interviews where applicable.
- Prepare a Market and Agent recap for the DLPM weekly.
- Assist in the training and development of Agents.
