WHAT YOU’LL DO
You will oversee the implementation, maintenance, and performance of our physical security solutions across our stores and offices ensuring they meet global standards and support safe, efficient operations.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize all security systems (e.g. CCTV & video surveillance systems, antennas, tagging systems, access control systems, alarm systems, cash-handling solutions)
- Ensure all systems operate in line with global guidelines, set security standards and local regulatory requirements
- Coordinate the installation, upgrades, and lifecycle management of equipment across the market
- Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, access permissions, maintenance records, and incident logs
- Report performance metrics, system issues, and risk insights to global Asset Protection team
