The Asset Protection Partner protects the assets of a store against theft and works with the Leadership team to maintain operational controls to reduce shortage.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional and knowledgeable service to clients as needed.
- Conduct surveillance on the sales floor and via CCTV to identify, observe and deter individuals from committing theft.
- Adhere to all laws and SEPHORA policies concerning apprehensions, search and seizure and preservation of evidence.
- Prepare reports related to theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations and audits.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with internal partners, local law enforcement agencies, mall security and other retailers.
- Testify in court on behalf of the company in any criminal or civil case.
- Provide new hire and ongoing employee training to maintain loss prevention awareness. ...
