Asset & Plant Optimization Manager

Azizi Developments is seeking an Assets Plant Officer to optimize the utilization and financial performance of heavy machinery and vehicles in the construction PMV Division. This role will manage asset lifecycles from mobilization to disposal, enforcing compliance, cost controls, and ensuring site allocation efficiency.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in asset management within a construction environment. Strong analytical and negotiation skills are essential for success.
