• Support day-to-day PC lifecycle hub operations, including ITAD requests, early PC refresh requests, missing-device investigations, Apple ACE requests, and custom device requests.
• Manage related ITSM tickets, shared inbox requests, and PC Lifecycle Hub-related intake workflows.
• Track inventory across physical and offsite locations, including office hubs and VAR partners.
• Maintain operational data and systems, including database management, metadata dictionaries, and related PC hardware records.
• Drive data consistency, cleanup, and standardization across operational datasets.
