Asset Maintenance Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of company assets (vehicles, machinery, equipment, office facilities) to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Identify any issues or defects and recommend corrective actions or preventive measures.
• Keep detailed records of asset conditions, maintenance history, and required repairs.
• Develop and implement a preventive maintenance schedule for all assets based on manufacturer guidelines and company needs.
• Ensure that maintenance tasks are completed on time and that assets are serviced regularly to extend their lifespan and maintain operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal teams or external contractors to perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, part replacements, or system checks.
