Key Responsibilities
- Support the annual asset verification and stocktake exercise
- Test and prepare stocktake equipment, update user guides, and prepare asset listings
- Liaise with business departments and guide them through asset verification processes
- Work with vendors to troubleshoot issues during RFID‑based asset verification exercises
- Perform sampling checks on physical assets to ensure accuracy of records
- Review and consolidate departmental submissions for management reporting
- Update asset location records following office relocations or renovations
- Witness and document asset disposal activities
- Assist with asset management transactions, postings, and reconciliations in Workday and Asset Management Systems
- Support ad‑hoc operational and administrative assignments as required
