Assembly Projects Engineer - Process Improvement & Launch

Link-Worldwide is seeking an experienced manufacturing operations professional to oversee the assembly process in Juárez, Nuevo León, México. Responsibilities include directing material flow, diagnosing equipment issues, and developing process specifications.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering, with at least 5 years of relevant experience. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred, along with a strong background in continuous improvement systems and GD&T.
