Assembly & Components Engineer - Manufacturing Engineering Extended Enterprise

Job Description

We are looking for an Extended Enterprise Engineer with solid experience in metallic, composite and assembly manufacturing technologies to ensure the successful industrialization of components at suppliers. The role requires strong leadership, autonomy, and cross‑functional coordination between Airbus and supplier industrial teams.

This position is based in Sevilla within Airbus Defence and Space, and may involve occasional travel to international suppliers (e.g. India or UAE) for the development of industrial offset projects.

Tasks & accountabilities

• Lead industrialization of new components and assemblies modifications, ensuring compliance with quality, cost, and schedule (OTOCOQ).
• Act as the technical and industrial focal point for supplier manufacturing topics, being the interface between internal Airbus functions (Procurement, Design, Quality, ME) and the supplier.
