Job Description

This is a full-time position. This position is responsible for production assembly, inventory management and test support for all Cognex products assembled, inspected or tested in Aachen.

Essential Functions:

  • Perform assembly and test functions with fixtures for cameras in a timely fashion and in accordance with the defined procedures.
  • Enter results in the applicable quality database.
  • Use automated test equipment and specialized fixtures, to perform function test procedures, after training
  • The ability to recognize, document, and escalate test and quality related issues for both product and process.
  • Perform unit inspections and minor repairs when necessary.
  • Assist in minor troubleshooting, inspection, and material support.
