Job Summary
To assemble products and equipment for the Company. The assembler needs to apply the training provided to ensure that the work he performs meets the Company’s Safety, Quality and production requirements. As he progresses, he will receive additional training to perform critical tasks such as pressure testing.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Complete the training and assessment requirements for the Assembler role set by the Department.
- Read and understand Routing, Engineering Drawings, Bill of Material, Test Procedures and Work Instructions.
- Assemble products and equipment according to routing, drawings, and procedures.
- Conduct testing of products and equipment according to routing and procedures.
- Troubleshoot problems during assembly and testing.
- Perform any other related departmental functions as assigned by the Department Manager/Supervisor.
