You will be integral to our EOP team, creating essential user and configuration documentation. By partnering with product managers and architects, you will ensure accurate representation of our software solutions, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction and usability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Research, draft, and edit technical guides and documentation
