Functions and Activities of the position: - Prepare, configure and install computer equipment, provide support to users, as well as install Microsoft Systems.
- Address voice and data incidents (Switch, Firewall, Network Configuration, etc.).
- Provide preventive and corrective maintenance to servers and computer equipment.
- Support to different Internal clients.
- Assembles computer equipment.
- Report failures to the Internet and telephone service provider and follow up on reports.
- Installs computer systems and advises users of the organization in person, by telephone or remotely when they have questions or failures in the systems.
