**Functions**:
- Ensure a warm welcome of new hires and provide induction course.
- Coordinate first-week evaluations of new hires.
- Report on new hire satisfaction results.
- Execute work climate improvement activities.
- Plan and budget for employee events.
- Evaluate work environment activities and events.
- Support in the planning of integration activities.
- Execute recognition programs, birthday celebrations, and activations.
- Maintain a catalog of agreements for the benefit of employees.
- Create a catalog of suppliers or contacts for educational promotion.
- Support in general activities of the processes of the organizational development department.
**Requirements**:
- Education Level: University in progress or completed.
Bachelor's degree in psychology, pedagogy, administrative areas.

- Bilingual Spanish and English.
