**Human Resources Generalist**
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or related field.Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position.Ability to work in a team and independently.
Conversational English level.
Have a car or no problems with transportation to the workplace.
**Responsibilities**:
Collect and process the necessary information to calculate the employees' pre-payroll.
Request and process personnel incidents.
Issue payroll receipts to employees.
Keep personnel administration records up to date.
Publish job offers on different platforms.
Conduct telephone and in-person interviews.Support the induction of new employees.**Additional benefits and benefits**:
Monthly salary between $21,000 - $21,500 before taxes. (Gross). According to experience.
