**An important manufacturing company is looking for an Import/Export Assistant.
**
**Position summary**
- Assistance in activitiesrelatedtoimportsandexports, as well as customscompliance.
Support in coordinatingland, sea, andairtransportation.
**Duties and responsibilities**
- Generate import and export records: Compare identification information and part numbers, weight, or measure new items to be registered.
- Monitor and review inventories temporarily, submit permit extensions as required with the support of the import/export department to the Mexican authorities such as (COFEPRIS/SEMARNAT, etc.).
- Able to identify differences in the type of product and packaging.
- Coordinate transportation for imports and exports of the company in a timely manner.
- Keep an accurate report of imported raw materials versus physical inventory in the plant.
