Opportunity

As a Community Associate you will work closely with new and existing customers across a variety of industries, creating and maintaining a community within your center while handling administrative and support needs.

Typical Day

• Arrive before the center opens to ensure all facilities are ready and free of any cleaning oversights.
• Assist customers with various requests such as changing Wi‑Fi codes, checking package delivery status, providing directions to meeting rooms, setting up projectors, and recommending coffee options.
• Answer incoming calls and connect customers as needed.
• Verify that all services are accurately charged and invoices are correct.
• Help customers with printing and invoice questions during the afternoon.
• Open service portal tickets for issues such as room temperature or other service requests.
