Position: Accounting Assistant
Location: Hermosillo, Sonora. Parque Industrial Norte

Main responsibilities:
Type orders into specialized Excel system and ERP system, issue work orders, and invoice completed orders
Receive, review customer POs and print travelers, according paperwork based on them.
Receive incoming pieces and check serial number matches to PO. Deliver pieces to customer's shipping personal when they come for pick-up.
Manage the development, completion and distribution of all monthly reports. Support various presentations as needed.
Invoice all complete orders, issue commercial and tax invoices, create fiscal invoices, update daily sales reports, enter sales in portal, track minim...
