Asia Communications Manager

Role & Responsibilities

*Primary : Develop and execute communications plans that:

• Foster and sustain Balyasny’s unique culture of partnership
• Enhance employee engagement and retention throughout the region
• Facilitate information and knowledge-sharing within and across offices, and closer connectivity between Asia, the US and EMEA
• Support execution in Asia of the firm’s Employee Value Proposition

*Secondary : Work with communications colleagues to identify appropriate external communications opportunities in Asia

• Build relationships and trust with senior internal stakeholders in Asia
• Track competitor communications and marketing activities across the region
• Create written, visual, and audio content for Balyasny’s employee intranet, firmwide newsletter, in regional communications initiatives
