RESPONSABILIDADES
Answer and manage inbound calls to customers reporting new losses or existing claims.
Provide accurate information on policies, payments, billing, and claims status.
Document caller information in claims and billing systems.
Follow company procedures for handling customer inquiries and escalations.
REQUISITOS
Bilingual in Spanish and English; conversational proficiency in English.
Minimum secondary education completed.
Experience in call center, telecommunications, insurance or related customer service.
Age 18 or older; must reside in Tijuana or surrounding areas.
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
