**Purpose**:
The Artwork & Packaging Specialist is responsible for initiating, managing, and coordinating artwork and packaging changes on Consumer Health products. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with local regulations and Bayer SOPs, and managing the artwork approval process.
