Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance operational, executive, and compliance-related reports
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries using InterSystems Caché SQL
- Work extensively with the Artiva debt collections platform for reporting and analytics
- Engage with business users and executives to gather and document requirements
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams
- Provide ongoing stakeholder support and ensure reporting accuracy
- Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning and reviews
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and adherence to federal standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of experience in a data analyst or similar analytical role
- Required experience with the Artiva debt collection platform
